Video Reflection:
I found the video interesting because it addressed the technological literacy of our students. While many of them cannot read or write at grade level, they are leagues ahead of many teachers in their technological abilities. So how do we address the interactivity and rapid sharing of knowledge and insights with students in an effective manner? How do we teach the students intelligent use of technology to aide their understanding of how to use it so it moves beyond "LOL ur gay shackespear!" and into something more substantial. Are we teachers so scared of losing control in the classroom?
